No matter what the problem is with your PC we can fix it one way or another. We have a set labour fee of £45 to look at and fix your computer, and that is a fixed price so whether it takes us 2 hours, 2 days or 2 weeks the labour fee will still be £45.

If any of the hardware in your computer is faulty and has to be replaced then the price of that will be added to the labour fee and you will be notified before we add the new hardware, however we try our best to get your problem fixed without having to get new parts to make your PC work.

So, for your £45, providing no new hardware is required, you will receive your computer back in fully working order, running at it's potential and with recommendations if we think your computer would benefit from any upgrades.
