With prices starting from £65 for business hours call out and 1 hour of on-site consultancy, Ark will respond quickly and professionally to help get your business running effectively, with the minimum of disruption. If we cannot fix the problem on-site, we will confirm exactly what the problem is and how long it will take to complete.  We provide a comprehensive and fast service to ensure that your business  disruption is minimal.  Our highly trained engineers have a wealth of IT experience, which means that we have seen and fixed all the problems that can afflict a typical small business network.

If we are unable to fix the problem on-site, we will explain what needs to be done and why. Subsequent work will be charged either on a fixed price or time and materials basis. Our standard hourly rate is £50.
