Our mission is to simply fix computers and give our customers honest, friendly and reliable advice, and that’s exactly what we’ve done since day one, and that’s what we’ll continue to do!

What can we do, and what can’t we do?

Here at Ark Computers, it’s not a question of can we do it! If we don’t know how to fix your problem then we’ll learn it and still have your problem fixed within an acceptable amount of time.

How long does it take to fix your computer?

Most machines that come in for repair as usually fixed and back to you within 48 hours. However, on some rare occasions we receive the odd PC that cannot be done within 48 hours.
